Inspiring future talent is not as simple as it sounds. As much as we want to and need to, we have to take a step back and think about how we can realistically achieve this.
Understanding needs and learning styles is paramount but alternative approaches also need to be considered. These are approaches that should either be curriculum linked or simply support schools and cohorts making it fun and rewarding for all those involved.
